The charter heads offshore from the eastern coast of Unguja in search of pelagic game fish. Trolling is a major technique for species such as Marlin, Sailfish, Mahi Mahi and Wahoo, while Tuna and other fish can also be targeted through jigging and other techniques.
The charter listing also identifies heavy tackle, bottom fishing, fly fishing, handline fishing, spearfishing and deep-sea fishing among the available techniques.
Fishing takes place aboard a 20-foot custom-built sportfishing boat with capacity for up to four people. It is equipped with a Yamaha engine, GPS, fishfinder, radar, live bait well, tuna tubes and an ice box.
The boat also has open fishing space and a covered top, providing shade during the tropical Zanzibar day.
